Who We Are

We are a family company, located in Hutton, Essex and over the past 49 years, we have provided industrial painting and coating services for a range of industries and client base.

Our mission statement is “To achieve a high quality service by delivering projects in budget, on time, whilst maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.”

ETHICAL WORKFORCE

Our Staff

All staff are directly employed PAYE employees and we do not use temporary or agency staff. We have ongoing training programmes for all staff and we are always looking to the future and we are in the process of developing an apprenticeship scheme.

All staff hold: Sentinel Cards, Track Awareness, PASMA and CSCS cards

Supervisory staff hold: First Aid Training, PICOW, icats, CITB, SSSTS, SMSTS, IPAF, Confined Space Training, Face Fit tested

Health & Safety

We consider Health and Safety to be an integral part of our company and our Contracts Manager holds a CITB SMSTS Certificate. We value our staff and others’ safety above all other considerations and, as a company, we are always looking for improvements in safety and working practises.

We are committed to protecting the health and safety of all people working at, or visiting our working areas by planning, managing, conducting and supervising all of our work in compliance with legislation and best practise.

We want to ensure that all of our staff have a clear understanding of their responsibilities along with that of the company, particularly in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

MINIMISING EFFECTS ON CLIMATE CHANGE

Environment

We aim to minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

We hold a Waste Carriers License and comply with COSHH regulations regarding any hazardous waste.

We aim to meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.

Our fleet vehicles were changed in 2020 to comply with Transport For London ULEZ regulations and reduce our effects on Climate Change.

Our clients include: WEDGE Group Galvanizing, Transport for London, BAM Construction, Mero-Schmidlin (UK) plc, SERCO, Scottish Gas, Bellapart and Maylim.
